Where is my order / How long will it take?
Sorry, we cannot guarantee. However, they will always arrive, guaranteed! If something happens and you "don't get it", we'll send you another right away, so rest assured you have nothing to worry about.
What if I typed the wrong email address?
Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name and address, but we cannot change your order.
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts, unless otherwise stated.
How do I return a product?
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. Please state your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review your return request and send you further instructions if the return is approved.
What should I do if items are missing from my order?
If something is still missing, please contact us immediately.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders to multiple addresses. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each address. Please note that each individual shipment will incur separate shipping charges.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

You will find your cart at the "My Cart" button located at the upper right-hand side of the website. When you are prepared to complete your purchase, ensure your cart is correct and press "Checkout".
Enter your shipping/billing and follow the instructions on the checkout page. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us with the details of your order.
